Remote Access to Mac or PC

Our first line of support is the telephone but we can also offer remote access to any of your machines in your offices whether PC or Apple Mac to quickly diagnose and possibly rectify your problem. Once we are logged into the machine we will take control of your keyboard and mouse and utilise the machine as if we were sat in front of it.

The beauty of this system is that we can not only access your offices but any of your machines wherever they are in the world!

The system requirement for this service is an active Internet connection.

The remote access time will be logged on our servers and you will be invoiced for the time used based upon blocks of one quarter hour with a minimum of one half hour.
